Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) · Provide individual or small group instruction tailored to student needs · Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify lesson plans for inclusivity · Monitor and record student progress and participate in regular reviews · Support students’ emotional and social development · Work in partnership with parents, therapists, and the wider school team Qualifications: · Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field · Certification or diploma in Special Education (as per local/state norms) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Willingness to learn and grow within an inclusive educational environment Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
