CMM Operator / Programmer – Zeiss (JD)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator or Programmer with experience using Zeiss CMM machines to perform precision inspections on mechanical parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Zeiss CMM machines (e.g., CONTURA, ACCURA, etc.).
• Use Calypso software (Zeiss’s software) to run inspection programs.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Record and report inspection results clearly and accurately.
• Maintain clean and calibrated measuring equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience operating Zeiss CMM machines.
• Knowledge of Calypso software is a big plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
