Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions. Proficiency in vendor management and service coordination. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining records and reports. Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of budget management is an advantage. A bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
