Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (X+ years preferred). Excellent phone manner and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and handle objections effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
