We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Business Development Manager to strengthen our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. Role Summary: As a Business Development Manager , your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and help drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for branding and marketing services. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Generate leads through online and offline channels. Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, or meetings. Present Bozito Studios’ services to potential clients in a professional manner. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Work with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and service offerings. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (branding/advertising domain preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with a goal-driven and proactive approach. Basic knowledge of branding, marketing, or design services is a plus. Comfortable with outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. What We Offer: Competitive salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives.
