Strong Skills on understanding of documents : Incoterms, Currency, Glocal locations, PI, PO, Invoice, BOE/AWB, Global & Custom policies, Vendors, various company products, Busines codes, Locations, Approvals and coordinate for overall logistics etc. To initiate new Vendors, Coordinate for Payments with Finance & Purchase or PPC Knoweldge of Custom Duties, EXIM Benefits, PIMS, SIMS, Various Bonds, ADC, Custom circulars, Compliances & implementation if any etc. Daily Review with required agencies ( Internal & External) to meet production requirement as per Procurement planning. Role & responsibilities (Capex Projects) Basic and detail engineering for all Projects activities executed in site. Datasheets, GA drawings and layouts review and approvals Capex preparation and its related activities SAP related activities like PR, SRN, Budget flow etc. Procurement activities and vendor follow-ups Co-ordinate and execute the HAZOP study and is responsible for its timely execution To co-ordinate with various project stake holder for timely completion of project work. Preparing capacity calculations and costing for scale-up completed projects by coordinating with Production and Finance teams. Reviewing physical monthly stock in Pilot Plant as per SAP. Coordinating with cross-functional teams in reviewing and approving TTD. Involving in preparation of validation documents for commercial batches. Monitoring validation batches at commercial scale. Ensuring online documentation of Pilot Plant as per SOP. Involving in trial batches performed at 3P sites. Involving in new equipment trials and compiling reports. Ensuring adherence to environmental health and safety rules and procedures.
