About Business Line/Function Following an FCA review, issues were identified about the control of cancelled, amended & late booked trades. This resulted in the development of CCA tool, a database for all Cancel/Amends & Late trades performed in the trading systems. AnC team is responsible for Identification and control of Cancelled/Amend/Late booked deals. The control is put in place to know the reason behind all Cancelled/Amend Deals liaising with relevant parties. We ensure all the alerts and breaches are investigate thoroughly, escalated appropriately, and followed through to resolution. CCA platform has been created to ensure a more centralized and uniformed control, ensuring that HOD (Head of Desk) sign off is assured on Risky scenarios, whilst the AnC teams provided adequate explanations on the causes of all other cancelled and amend deals.
