You will be responsible for performing wet lab testing and maintaining lab compliance in order to ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical data. Your key responsibilities will include implementing SOPs and STPs accurately, analyzing samples and recording results, preparing and maintaining reagents and standards, storing control samples with proper documentation, and calibrating laboratory instruments as per schedule. You will also be expected to operate and maintain wet lab instruments, assist in the investigation of deviations and complaints, supervise the cleaning and upkeep of glassware, perform product sampling and analysis, and support in the preparation of specifications and STPs under senior guidance. Additionally, you will review QC documents and records for completeness and accuracy, as well as execute any other tasks assigned by seniors or departmental heads. The ideal candidate for this position should have an MSc in Chemistry and 1-4 years of experience in quality control. Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for maintaining the plant equipments availability for process requirement. 2. Preparation and implementation of effective department working standards & procedures and ensure the compliance with Organizations Quality systems requirements. 3. Responsible for leading, motivating and guiding the team of Supervisors. 4. Carryout multidisciplinary role, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, purchasing, safety, civil works. 5. Review the mechanical engineering standards, mechanical component design in Technical specifications and data sheets. 6. Preparation of concept note on Mechanical related project tasks. 7. Compare the technical offers and assess the technical competency rating as T1, T2 .... and appraise line management. 8. Assessing mechanical maintenance requirements and introduce the changes in design stage itself to avoid reworks. 13. Ensuring the appropriate work permits, JSA are in place before commencing of erection and installation activities. Mechanical coordination in HAZOP, QRA, and risk assessment studies in similar projects. 14. Ensuring mechanical project related SOPs for rigging, scaffolding, welding, grinding etc are in place before the commencement of the project tasks. 15. Hands on experience in utlity operations like chillers, compressors, cooling towers etc., 16. Adequate knowledge in statutory requirements related to mechanical like PESO norms, Material handling equipment certification etc.... As the Logistics and Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of transportation flows (Domestic & Import) for New Projects and Serial Life. You will actively support Supply Chain Strategy, optimize TFR & CFR, manage inbound part flows, and address transport-related issues in Serial Life. For Packaging, you will own and execute packaging solutions from concept to mass production in new projects, manage Serial Life packaging stability, cleanliness, and maintenance. You will drive packaging strategy, cost optimization, KPI ownership, resolve daily packaging quality concerns, and ensure all packaging documentation is maintained and updated. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring on-time logistics deliverables, developing logistics flow architecture, performing transportation cost analysis, monitoring logistics KPIs, optimizing transportation networks, and proposing corrective actions. Additionally, you will ensure packaging availability, resolve daily packaging issues, manage Pack Cost KPI, track Monozukuri improvements, and coordinate with plant teams for packaging concerns. You will communicate and work with internal & external logistics and packaging teams, tier 1 & pack suppliers, logistics service providers, internal supply chain teams, cross-functional teams, plant teams, and corporate teams. Your performance indicators will include achieving Transportation & Packaging Cost KPI targets, readiness and quality in supply chain deliverables, serial life improvement metrics, and process & strategy improvements.
