Key Responsibilities Mile Operations Management Plan, monitor, and optimize first/middle/last-mile delivery routes to maximize on-time performance and cost efficiency. Coordinate with external carriers and in-house drivers to meet stringent delivery SLAs. Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10–20 delivery associates and drivers. Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and safety briefings.
