What will you do Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform detailed risk assessments on potential hazards related to the construction of electrical substations. Develop Mitigation Strategies : Design and implement risk mitigation plans to address identified risks. Safety Audits : Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Technical Review : Review technical documents, plans, and proposals to identify potential risks. Documentation : Create and maintain documentation related to risk assessment processes and results. Training : Provide training to staff on risk management practices and procedures. Emergency Planning : Participate in emergency response planning and drills. Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement safety measures and keep them informed of potential risks Experience, Education and other Required: Education: Bachelor s degree in electrical or civil engineering, or a related field.
