The teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth through play-based and experiential learning. KKey Responsibilities Conduct daily circle time, storytelling, music, rhymes, art, and sensory activities. Develop weekly lesson plans aligned with early learning goals. Encourage language development, basic motor skills, and social-emotional learning through structured and free-play activities. Manage classroom routines and hygiene, including toilet training assistance. Observe and document child development and behavior. Provide regular feedback to parents through meetings and written reports. Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere. Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs. Qualifications Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCEd (Essential) Graduate in any discipline (Preferred) Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with young children and parents. Skills & Attributes Passionate about working with toddlers and early learners. Patient, compassionate, and emotionally responsive. Creative, energetic, and hands-on in classroom engagement. Good classroom and time management skills. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Ability to build trust with young children and their families. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and physically able to manage the demands of a toddler classroom. Qualifications & Experience Minimum qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCEd from a recognized institute. 1–2 years of experience in early childhood teaching (preferred but not mandatory). Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.
