Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements. Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives in coordination with Corporate HR. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Organize events and activities to boost employee morale and engagement. Advisor for People-Related Matters: Serve as a trusted advisor to plant management on HR and people-related matters. Provide guidance and support on performance management, employee relations, and development. Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations/MSW. Candidates with an LLB will be given preference. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
