Generate the project Inquiries with architect support and Builder meetings Develop architect relationship from a long term perspective and developing B2B sales in the area To Achieve the sales targets assigned for the region and Growth of B2B Segments, Should be able to coordinate with sales team members of the area (as & when required) Should maintain good coordination with all the important key persons for closing a prospective B2B client Quantitative : Enquiry generation & Targets in the specified time frame Regular Architect and B2B Meetings No. of marketing Activities (2 per month) Qualitative : Should be able to close deals at healthy margins Should be able to Close the deal on safe payment terms Achieving Productive B2B meeting targets. Job Effectiveness : Graduate/ post Graduate in any discipline 4 to 8 years of experience from the building materials industry. Experience of working with Architects & Developers & Govt. departments Has to cover Anantapur, Kurnool, Chittoor and Kadapa Proficiency in Languages read/ write/ speak (English/Telugu) Decision making, Communication Skills, Presentation & Negotiation Skills, Computer Proficiency. Willing to travel to the potential areas for site meetings and Field mapping Should have excellent Account management skills, Team work and result oriented Preferred candidate profile Candidate having experience with any of the building material is fine except Paint and Cement. Need to have experience with Builders, contractors, owners and Architects.
