Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The role involves managing day-to-day tasks specific to the job title, which may include overseeing room cleanliness, assisting with guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Additional tasks may include managing the front desk, handling reservations, and providing high-level customer service. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining hotel standards and handling any operational issues that may arise.
