Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Delhi | Experience: 3+ Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across systems and users.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, OS, network, and application issues
Handle user account setup, password resets, and access management
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Outlook issues
Manage antivirus updates, OS patching, and system performance
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and AMC support
Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and IT support logs

Required Skills:

Strong in Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and Networking basics
Hands-on with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP)
Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
