About the Role:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products and features.
  
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to develop innovative AI solutions.
  
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear product requirements, user stories, and business value.
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
  
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs, ROI, and technical feasibility.
  
• Drive go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics, iterating based on user feedback and insights.
  
• Ensure ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI in product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (

  MBA is a plus

  ).
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics concepts.
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to AI tools, frameworks, or platforms.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
