About the Role

We are seeking a certified and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile execution across the MarTech Data & Analytics team. This role will help drive delivery of consumer data products, segmentation workflows, analytics dashboards, and integrations that power high-impact digital campaigns and business insights.

As a Scrum Master, you will coach cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure Agile best practices are followed. You will work closely with product owners, analysts, data engineers, QA, and marketing operations. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of work that enables executive decision-making and consumer engagement on a scale.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning events in alignment with SAFe framework.

Guide multiple squads working across platforms like BlueConic, Salesforce, ThoughtSpot, Klaviyo, GBQ, and Shopify.

Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs and ensure high team velocity.

Act as a servant-leader by removing blockers, escalating risks, and ensuring delivery alignment with quarterly objectives.

Track team performance through metrics like velocity, cycle time, and story completion rate.

Coach the team on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Coordinate cross-team dependencies, especially during Program Increment planning and delivery.

Support adoption of Agile best practices and tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align)

Assist in planning sprint scope and timelines with awareness of infrastructure layers such as Google Cloud Storage, REST APIs, and SFTP-based data movement.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with recent work in data, analytics, or digital marketing technology teams.

Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.

Strong Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align and Agile reporting tools.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills in cross-functional Agile teams.

Experience managing Agile delivery across MarTech platforms (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, analytics).

Ability to work with globally distributed teams and coordinate across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) a plus.

Familiarity with marketing data environments, including consumer segmentation, data pipelines, and audience targeting workflows.

Exposure to tools like ThoughtSpot, BlueConic, Klaviyo, Salesforce, and BigQuery.

Experience working with DevOps or data engineering teams and supporting technical delivery tracks.

Working knowledge of GCP-native services such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Composer is a plus.
