Monitor the overall plant activities and performance.
Plan and coordinate with relevant department for all plant activities
Co-ordinate with maintenance department for regular/daily maintenance jobs, break downs.
Train employees working on shop floor
Develop and maintain all the required documents for effective and efficient production
Maintain clean and safe working environment that support production activities
Reviewing all SOPs, ISO documents
Ensure safe operations
