Job Description

Production Department Roles & Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control
Plan daily production targets based on work orders.
Machine Operation & Maintenance
– Operate machines safely and ensure preventive maintenance.
Assembly & Testing
– Assemble electrical components and test power systems before dispatch.
Quality Check
– Inspect materials and finished products to meet quality standards.
Documentation
– Maintain daily production reports and material usage logs.
Coordination
– Work closely with quality, design, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
Safety Compliance
– Follow all safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines.
Continuous Improvement
– Suggest ideas to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Warehouse Department Roles & Responsibilities

Material Handling
– Receive, store, and issue raw materials and finished goods properly.
Stock Management
– Maintain accurate inventory using ERP or manual stock registers.
Packing & Dispatch
– Pack finished goods safely and prepare them for shipment.
Loading & Unloading
– Supervise and handle goods movement within the warehouse.
Labelling & Identification
– Ensure all products are correctly labelled with batch and serial numbers.
Record Keeping
– Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and dispatch records.
Coordination with Production
– Supply materials as per production needs and update stock levels.
Warehouse Safety
– Follow housekeeping and safety standards to prevent damage or accidents.
