Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Billing Platform JD:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Billing Platform and other enterprise-grade billing systems is required, with additional experience being an advantage.
Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining billing workflows, product catalogs, pricing structures, and usage-based billing setups within Billing Platform.
Skilled in designing and managing seamless integrations between Billing Platform and ERP/CRM platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
Strong ability to oversee billing operations including invoice generation, billing runs, and payment processing, ensuring precision and timely execution.
Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving billing errors, data inconsistencies, and platform issues.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and pricing model adjustments.
Thorough understanding of tax compliance, audit requirements, and revenue recognition standards.
Proficient in developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to monitor billing performance, forecast revenue, and support financial reconciliation.
