Job Description

Telecaller

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (data provided by the company).
  • Pitch our services:

    SaaS Development

    ,

    App Development

    ,

    2D/3D Website Development

    .
  • Secure leads, onboard clients, and coordinate with the internal team.
  • Follow up and ensure timely client engagement and conversion.

Job Type:

Full-Time, On-Site (Greater Noida)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month
  • Plus

    5% commission

    on every successful client transaction

  • Important:

    Minimum

    5 successful client onboardings per month

    required to receive the fixed salary.
  • If target is not met, only the

    5% commission

    will be paid.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    6 months of telecalling/sales experience

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with calling and client interaction
