Job Description

As an On-Site Sales Executive at DataRepo Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in promoting our IT services and closing deals with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, pitch our services, and ensure successful project onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Make daily outbound calls using company-provided lead data - Promote and sell our services to potential clients - Maintain follow-up with leads to convert them into customers - Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding - Keep accurate records of all conversations and conversions - Meet daily and monthly conversion targets Qualifications Required: - Must work on-site at our Greater Noida office on a full-time basis - Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English - Basic understanding of IT and web development services (training can be provided) - Prior sales, calling, or telemarketing experience preferred - Punctual, self-motivated, and target-driven Please note that this is a commission-based role without a fixed salary, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
