As an On-Site Sales Executive at DataRepo Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in promoting our IT services and closing deals with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, pitch our services, and ensure successful project onboarding. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make daily outbound calls using company-provided lead data - Promote and sell our services to potential clients - Maintain follow-up with leads to convert them into customers - Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding - Keep accurate records of all conversations and conversions - Meet daily and monthly conversion targets **Qualifications Required:** - Must work on-site at our Greater Noida office on a full-time basis - Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English - Basic understanding of IT and web development services (training can be provided) - Prior sales, calling, or telemarketing experience preferred - Punctual, self-motivated, and target-driven In terms of earnings, you will receive 400 for every successfully closed and onboarded project. Please note that this is a commission-based role without a fixed salary, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
