• Experience: 6 to 15 Years
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Expected Notice Period

  : Immediate to 30 days

Role and Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Branch.
• Generates more profitable clients for achieve branch monthly target.
• Provide regular activity and sales reports to the reporting manager
• Introduce the organization to all the customers in the region assigned.
• Identify & secure new customers.
• Expand & explore new territories
• Increase the profit margin of existing customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing / new accounts
• Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials
• Continually improve the scope, the business foots prints of the company & increase the market share
• Clearly understand and ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies
• Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for new business in assigned territory
• Support lane development strategies.
• Present our strength areas & highlight key achievement of organization to make an impression with customer
• Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of sales, profit and growth
• Optimize the conversion of business opportunities
• Maintain good relationship with operations team, external partners and customers
• Ensure the payments are collected within the agreed credit period
