Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle legal disputes, notices, arbitration, and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel.
Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Manage intellectual property matters including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and laws.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal advisors.
Develop and implement internal policies to minimize legal risks.
Train employees on compliance, anti-bribery, anti-harassment, and other relevant law

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification- LLB or LLM
