Requirement Details:

• Location

  : Harihar

• Designation:

  Deputy manager/ Manager

• Experience: 7 to 10 Years
• Qualification:

  B.Com or MCom, Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Works Accountant (CWA)

• Expected Notice Period

  : Immediate to 30 days

Role Purpose: To lead and manage project-related MIS and financial monitoring activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and timely insights for decision-making during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project MIS & Reporting:

oDevelop and maintain MIS for project financials, including WBS-based budget monitoring.

oPublish weekly Cost-to-Complete reports and other financial dashboards.

oCollaborate with the project team to compile latest cost estimates, possible savings.

oTrack key assumptions and cost movements for management review.

• Budget & Cash Flow Management:

oMonitor PR & PO status and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

oPrepare and update cash flow projection for the project.

• Contract Analysis & Observations:

oReview contracts for financial implications and highlight deviations or risks.

oSupport contract finalization with observations on cost and compliance.

• Vendor Financial Due Diligence:

oConduct financial diligence for new vendors and packages.

oPrepare and publish vendor financial health reports.

• Compliance & Governance:

oEnsure adherence to DOA and company policies in all projects financial activities.

• System & Process Management:

oUtilize SAP for financial tracking and reporting.

oDrive automation and accuracy in MIS processes.

• Strong knowledge of SAP and project financial systems.
• Experience in project MIS, budget monitoring and vendor due diligence.
