Job Description

Executive Deck Preparation

Create impactful presentations for leadership and business partnering meetings.
Collate, review, and finalize content from multiple stakeholders across areas and frontlines

Transition Tracking & Project Support

Assist in tracking transitions and scope harmonization across units.
Maintain project plans and status trackers to support initiative coordination

Workshop Facilitation

Organize and conduct workshops focused on governance, process optimization, and automation opportunities
Capture learnings and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Use
Power Automate
to streamline task routing and reduce manual effort
Support automation initiatives such as invoice submission and service billing workflows

Data Visualization, Excel Proficiency & Reporting

Develop and maintain
Power BI dashboards
for KPI tracking, project portfolios, and financial analytics
Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to standardize reporting and enhance dashboard usability.
Support dashboard development and data preparation for Power BI.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Provide updates via email, Teams, and governance meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project management, preparing executive decks, Power Automate, Power BI, supporting leadership
Proficiency in

Strong presentation skills using

Basic project management experience
