Role Summary
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our Risk Consulting practice. This is a clientfacing role, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite from the client s office. The role involves independently managing client engagements, delivering highquality solutions, and leading project teams while reporting to a Senior Manager or Director.
  • Roles and responsibilities
    PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to
    Project Execution
    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables in line with client expectations
    • Track and maintain key project metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
    • Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to drive process improvements and resolve operational issues
    • Handle client queries independently and provide prompt, effective resolutions
    • Conduct process walkthroughs and deliver knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to junior team members
    • Perform thorough review of deliverables and create RCA documentation
    • Support the Project Manager in various project management activities, including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
    Client Interaction
    • Serve as a reliable point of contact for client communications related to daytoday project activities
    • Maintain a professional and responsive approach in addressing client needs and concerns
    • Build trust and rapport with client stakeholders through consistent and highquality service delivery
    Process & Performance Management
    • Contribute to the development and documentation of business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and assist in preparing performance reports
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend actionable improvements
    Mandatory skill sets
    Essential Skills & Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly Procurement / Source to Pay operations
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (GSuite) tools
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in process documentation and SOP writing
    • Familiarity with SLA tracking and reporting
    • Strong analytical skills, especially in budgeting, forecasting, and spend management
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fastpaced environment
    A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
    Preferred skill sets
    Preferred / Goodtohave skills
    • Basics of SQL and query writing
    • Dashboarding capabilities using Power BI / Data Studio
    Years of experience required
    • 1+ years of experience in project delivery and risk consulting
    Education qualification
    CA/MBA
Education
Degrees/Field of Study required Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant Diploma
Degrees/Field of Study preferred
