Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Utilize business analysis skills to elicit, analyze, and document project requirements, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
• Effectively manage project resources, including team members, to ensure efficient and productive project workflows
• Act as a Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on software development projects
• Strong background in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or experience in a Project Owner role in Agile environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments
