Note : Only immediate to 15 Days NP consider ( NO Bench candidate ) Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives Utilize business analysis skills to elicit, analyze, and document project requirements, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows Effectively manage project resources, including team members, to ensure efficient and productive project workflows Act as a Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in project management with a focus on software development projects Strong background in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or experience in a Project Owner role in Agile environments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
