Job Title:

About the Company:

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze applications/transactions for patterns to unearth frauds & make decisions to approve/decline applications or block/unblock cards.
Communicate with applicants/customers to verify patterns and make decisions.
Report and share fraud modus operandi with analytics/management for early detection and prevention.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance on KYC and transaction monitoring.
Create fraud awareness among customers to safeguard them against potential fraud threats.
Handle suspected fraud alerts while maintaining high customer experience.
Ensure adherence to process SOPs & customer contact policies.

Measures of Success:

Productivity (cases handled per day as per MOU).
Fraud decisioning accuracy.
Fraud catch rate and false positive rate.
Process adherence and improvement suggestions.

Skills & Experience Required:

Basic knowledge of fraud management, transaction monitoring, application sourcing & transaction processing systems.
Experience in documenting case facts.
Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, decisiveness, listening skills and process orientation.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.

Preferred Industry Background:

Role Essentials:

Hindi language mandatory.
Knowledge of transaction monitoring.
Good communication skills.
24x7 rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs (including 34 night shifts per month).
Male candidates preferred.
