ROLE OVERVIEW

Shopify Sales Growth Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Optimization

• Improve site conversion rates through

  CRO strategies, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

  .
• Set up and optimize

  upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies

  to boost AOV.
• Enhance

  cart abandonment recovery

  through email, WhatsApp/SMS, and retargeting campaigns.

• Shopify Management

• Manage and optimize

  Shopify apps

  (reviews, loyalty, upsells, email flows, chatbots, etc.).
• Ensure product listings are optimized with

  SEO, images, and compelling descriptions

  .
• Implement

  multi-country, multi-currency, and localized sales strategies

  .

• Marketing & Growth

• Collaborate with

  Google Ads and Social Ads teams

  to ensure high-performing ad-to-store funnels.
• Develop

  email/SMS marketing flows

  (Klaviyo or equivalent) to drive retention and repeat sales.
• Optimize

  Shopify checkout experience

  for higher conversions and reduced drop-offs.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track key KPIs:

  Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Repeat Purchase Rate

  .
• Provide actionable insights and growth recommendations through

  Google Analytics, GA4, and Shopify Analytics

  .
• Run

  competitor benchmarking

  and implement best practices for the DIY e-commerce sector.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• 3+ years of proven experience in

  Shopify sales optimization / growth roles

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  CRO, digital marketing funnels, and Shopify app ecosystem

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Klaviyo (or similar), retargeting tools, upsell/cross-sell apps

  .
• Familiarity with

  multi-country Shopify stores

  (Europe preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with

  data-driven decision-making skills

  .
• Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, ads, and content teams.
