1. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in leading sales for a retail store, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Strong knowledge of market and consumer trends in the jewelry sector.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
