• Setting up and customizing Jira projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, and screens.
• Managing user permissions and access to projects and spaces.
• Creating and managing dashboards and reports.
• Configuring and maintaining schemes (permission, notification, etc.).
• User Support and Training:
• Providing support to users regarding Jira usage, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Conducting training sessions and creating user guides.
• System Maintenance and Monitoring:
• Performing regular administration and maintenance of Jira instances.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensuring the stability and availability of the Jira platform.
• Integration and Collaboration:
• Integrating Jira with other tools and systems used within the organization.
• Collaborating with various teams to understand their needs and implement solutions.
