Jira Administrator

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in administering Jira Software and Confluence in an enterprise environment. Demonstrated expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM) configuration and administration is required, along with experience in Jira customization including workflows, screens, fields, and automation rules. A strong understanding of Atlassian deployment architectures and performance optimization is essential, as well as experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems. Proficiency in SQL queries for database management and reporting is necessary, and knowledge of scripting languages (Groovy, Python, or similar) for custom solutions is preferred. Experience in administering other SaaS platforms and understanding SaaS administration principles is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are vital, along with excellent communication and documentation abilities. Experience working in a global team environment is also important.
