Jira Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Jira migration, configuration, plugin (Ex:Insights,ScriptRunner) and scripting.

This role requires a deep understanding of Jira's functionalities and the ability to customize and optimize Jira to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Jira Or Jira service desk migrations, including data transfer and system integration.

Configure Jira projects, issue types, workflows, screens, permissions, and notifications.

Develop and maintain custom scripts using Jira's scripting tools (e.g., ScriptRunner).

Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Jira solutions.

Provide training and support to Jira users.

Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices.

Expertise in Excel and Confluence documentation.

Harmonize Jira setup

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Jira administration, including migration, configuration, and scripting.

Strong knowledge of Jira's API and integration capabilities.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or JavaScript.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Jira certification is a plus.
