Jio Fiber Home Connect Training Lead

As a Training and Development Manager at our company in Raipur, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Conducting train the trainer programmes for master supervisors and trainers of partners - Carrying out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers, and supervisors - Executing performance coaching and on-field mentoring - Managing trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber engineers - Articulating and drafting actual field scenarios to be shared with teams at headquarters - Supporting national headquarters teams in designing vernacular content - Planning and executing buddy rides with newly hired master supervisors - Ensuring handholding of master supervisors for the first 30 days - Monitoring and auditing buddy rides and certification for Jio fiber engineers/associates - Driving periodic audits of training infra readiness at partner premises - Leading audits of training batches at Jio center and partner premises - Conducting periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators - Piloting mock home readiness with all connected devices Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation degree in any discipline (B.E. / B.Tech. / ITI Diploma preferred) In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: - Product service knowledge - Knowledge of IT tools usage - Planning and organizing skills - Team management skills - Execution skills - Communication skills - Coaching skills - Customer focus Please note that the location of this position is in Raipur.,
