Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Jewelry Sales Associate. In this role, the associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewellery, handling sales transactions, and maintaining store displays. The associate will also help create a memorable shopping experience by engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing personalized recommendations. Additional duties include inventory management and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Ability to engage customers and provide personalized recommendations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
