Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in Pune. The Jewelry Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and offering an exceptional retail experience. Daily tasks include providing personalized service, explaining product features, processing transactions, and ensuring the showroom is clean and organized to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience to provide premium support and create positive interactions.
• Understanding of Customer Experience and Retail Sales to deliver solutions that align with client needs and drive sales success.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain showroom standards and inventory accuracy.
• Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
