You don’t need to be an expert — just someone who enjoys meeting people, sharing smiles, and learning along the way. (and its fun !) We’ll guide you through everything. You’ll never be left figuring things out alone. What You’ll Do Chat with customers and help them pick their perfect piece Manage sales and billing at the stall (we’ll train you on the system) Keep displays tidy, restocked, and beautifully presented throughout the day Set up the stall in the morning (unpack, arrange displays, signage, lighting) Pack down at the day’s end (secure stock, repack safely, check inventory) Handle simple on-ground tasks (receipt handling, basic cleaning, customer follow-ups) Total Revenue breakdown of earnings (Sales Figure, and Sales Target) Share feedback from customers with the team to help the brand grow What You’ll Get Fair daily pay + bonuses for great work Flexible days (based on event schedule) Real experience in retail, communication & brand storytelling A team that values you, listens to you, and grows with you Who You Are Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking to new people Careful with small items and can perform tasks efficiently Punctual and helpful with setup/packdown at events Previous retail experience is an addition but not required If you’re someone who loves connecting with people and bringing smiles, we’d love to welcome you to the CharmzJewelz family!
