You will be joining our team as a dedicated and enthusiastic professional, aiming to enhance our presence in the high-end jewelry market by blending your expertise in luxury sales with strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to VIP and high-net-worth clients, driving sales through clienteling, networking, and referrals, as well as showcasing and selling our exquisite luxury jewelry collections. You will be expected to surpass sales targets, meticulously manage CRM records, and work on developing and executing effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand's visibility. Additionally, collaborating with the management team on marketing objectives and key performance indicators will be crucial for your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess prior experience in luxury sales and marketing, with a preference for candidates with a background in jewelry sales. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
