Jewelry Merchandiser - Export Market

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Merchandiser (Export) at a leading diamond jewelry manufacturing unit based in Andheri Seepz, Mumbai. Your role will involve coordinating the creation and delivery of jewelry products to ensure client satisfaction. As a critical member of the team, you will play a key role in planning and developing merchandising strategies that meet customers" expectations and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and develop merchandising strategies to achieve a balance between customers" expectations and company objectives. - Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock effectively. - Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales. - Create layout plans for production and maintain appropriate inventory levels. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure production and delivery schedules are met. - Monitor inventory levels and manage product availability to meet customer demands. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide necessary updates. - Ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders. - Identify and select the best vendors as required. - Collaborate with production and sales teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency. Qualification Required: - Graduation degree. - 7-10 years of experience in merchandising, particularly in the export market. - Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills. - Expertise in anticipating product needs through analysis and market trends/research. - Knowledge of jewelry products and the production process. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.,
