The business has successfully launched 33 stores by Sept 2025 under the brand name Indriya with plans to ramp up multiple folds in coming months. The initial customer response has been very encouraging.

Design Execution

• Develop

  bespoke jewelry designs

  in line with customer requirement,

  brand aesthetics and quality standards

  .
• Work closely with

  CAD designers, NPD leads, and vendors

  to ensure precision in execution.
• Implement

  functional and ergonomic designs

  , incorporating

  new materials and techniques

  .
• Ensure all designs meet

  planned price points

  by selecting suitable

  materials and manufacturing methods

  .
• Research and benchmark

  global jewellery trends

  to introduce

  unique design elements

  .
• Address

  vendor queries

  and provide

  alternative solutions on design & concepts

  for seamless execution.
• Ensure

  DSS and attribute data compliance

  for accurate documentation.

Innovation & Technical Development

• Introduce

  new design methodologies, settings, mechanisms, and finishing techniques

  to enhance product differentiation.
• Collaborate with

  CAD designers and vendors

  to develop

  innovative lock mechanisms, flexible structures, and advanced stone settings

  .
• Maintain

  functionality, comfort, durability, and ergonomic excellence

  for customer satisfaction.
• Conduct

  design trials, refine prototypes, and ensure final products meet design and quality expectations
