Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Store Manager, based in Ramgarh. The Jewellery Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Daily tasks include managing staff, maintaining inventory, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring the store's visual presentation aligns with company standards.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred
