Job Description

Role: We are hiring experienced Jewellery Store Manager to join our luxury jewellery store. The candidate must have experience in Kundan, Jadau, Polki, and Diamond jewellery sales and must be skilled in handling bridal and high-value clients. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the store. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery options. Explain details of Kundan, Jadau, Polki, and Diamond jewellery clearly. Assist customers with custom orders, bridal jewellery selections, and matching sets. Handle billing, pricing, and maintain proper sales documentation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide after-sales services like resizing, repairs, and cleaning guidance. Ensure jewellery displays are attractive and well-maintained. Stay updated on current jewellery trends and market preferences. Build long-term relationships with premium clients. Required Skills: Strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Polite and convincing communication (Hindi, English preferred). Experience with bridal and customized jewellery sales. Knowledge of jewellery certifications like IGI, GIA. Confident handling of high-value transactions. Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-friendly.
