Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and ensure every client has a memorable luxury experience.
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry that aligns with their taste, style, and budget.
• Provide professional consultation on diamonds, moissanite, and other jewelry types.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of our collections, craftsmanship, materials, and pricing.
• Handle POS transactions, billing, and online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the organization and presentation of displays to meet luxury brand standards.
• Manage customer orders, customization requests, and after-sales services professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups, personalized service, and referrals.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and ensure accurate sales reporting.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and activations to boost sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, moissanite, gemstones, metals, and jewelry trends.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to handle customers with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Passion for luxury sales and jewelry consulting.

Job Details

• Location: Caratbazaar Store, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
• Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours per day
