As a Retail / Showroom Sales Executive at Mia by Tanishq, your role will involve engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales through consultative and persuasive selling. Your key responsibilities will include: - Welcoming and engaging customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations. - Confidently explaining product features, quality, pricing, and offers to customers. - Driving sales by upselling and cross-selling products to meet sales targets. - Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence. - Handling objections effectively and negotiating to successfully close sales. - Ensuring showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display standards are maintained. - Assisting in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Staying updated on the latest collections, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - Managing the company's social media platforms by creating engaging content, promoting collections, and interacting with customers online. Key requirements for this role include: - 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales / Showroom Sales / Direct Customer Sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven sales and negotiation abilities. - Positive, confident, and persuasive personality with a focus on customer service. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment. - Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
