Role Overview: As a B2C Sales Executive at our jewellery retail team in Richmond Circle, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, showcasing jewellery collections, building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, maintaining store displays, and handling store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist and guide walk-in customers with product selection. - Showcase jewellery collections, explain features, and highlight craftsmanship. - Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business. - Meet and exceed sales targets. - Maintain store aesthetics and merchandise displays. - Handle billing and basic store operations. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of B2C jewellery sales experience (preferred). - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Presentable and confident personality with a customer-first attitude. - Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a team. - Flexible with rotational day-offs.
