As a Diamond Jewellery Sales Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with walk-in customers and handling phone leads with confidence. Your role will involve maintaining a deep understanding of the diamond jewellery or services offered by the store. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring proper and attractive display of products at the designated counter while also safeguarding the jewellery on display. It is essential for you to possess sound knowledge of computer operations and be able to reach out to customer leads through follow-ups effectively. Furthermore, your flexibility to work on Sundays and public holidays, considering the nature of the business, is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Interact confidently with walk-in customers and handle phone leads - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the diamond jewellery or services offered - Ensure proper and attractive display of products at the counter - Safeguard the jewellery displayed to customers - Possess sound knowledge of computer operations - Reach out to customer leads through effective follow-ups - Flexibility to work on Sundays and public holidays Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field (Mandatory) - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages If you are a motivated and skilled individual with a passion for diamond jewellery sales, this Full-Time, Permanent role as a Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive based in Surat offers a salary range of 18K to 25K.
