Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in the store, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our lab-grown jewellery collections, including features, benefits, and care instructions. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat purchases. Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique qualities of our jewellery. Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an attractive store layout and assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers.
