To provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail jewellery environment, ensuring each customer receives a memorable and personalized shopping experience. Assist with sales, product knowledge, store presentation, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery items based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, stones, pricing, and care instructions.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments securely.
• Ensure displays are clean, well-stocked, and attractively presented at all times.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking items.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
• Support in maintaining store cleanliness and security procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or jewellery retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail and high level of personal presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer and POS system skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift patterns as required.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certification or training in jewellery or gemology (preferred, not essential).
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
